Welcome to REACTO. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the REACTO Slack application ("the Service") operated by Botsignals LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of service

REACTO is a Slack application that provides real-time notifications and insights on reactions to messages within Slack channels.

User accounts

• You must have a valid Slack account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Violate any codes of conduct, guidelines, or other applicable rules when using the Service.

Intellectual property

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Botsignals LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
• You may not modify, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof.

Subscriptions and billing

• Free Trial: We offer a 30-day free trial of the Service. No credit card is required for the trial period.
• Subscription Plans: After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires selecting a paid subscription plan. Our pricing is based on the size of your Slack workspace.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it or we terminate it.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
• Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, and we will charge tax when required to do so.
• Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card or other payment methods we make available. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider.

Cancellation and termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
• We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
• All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Botsignals LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Service or by sending you an email.
